Our mission is to enable every engineering team to operate and efficiently scale production environments with autonomous AI Teammates, allowing humans to focus on creativity and innovation. We’ve built a telemetry pipelines foundation that lets DevOps, SRE, and Security teams start analyzing and acting on data where it’s created—not after it’s centralized, indexed, and locked into yesterday’s architecture. This foundation processes logs, metrics, traces, and events pre-index (parse, filter, enrich, optimize, and route), giving customers full fidelity and control without the traditional cost and operational tradeoffs. It also functions as guardrails that allow for secure and scalable data privacy and governance in the AI era.

What makes Edge Delta different is our focus on AI as a true teammate. We’re pioneering Edge Delta AI Teammates: a coordinated team of role-aware, collaborative AI agents led by OnCall AI. These Teammates work together across your streaming telemetry data, tools, and workflows—helping teams explain what’s happening, surface patterns, reduce toil, and automate the tedious parts of incident response and pipeline management—while keeping humans firmly in control.

Lead the strategic vision and continued development of our pipeline products. Drive end-to-end product execution through close collaboration with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver advanced features. Engage with enterprise clients to refine solutions and ensure the scalability and performance of the company’s platform. Continuously monitor product performance and market trends to strengthen competitiveness while aligning product strategy with the company’s business goals and customer needs.

Rate of Pay: $215,000 per year.
