Schedules repairs for parts to ensure minimal down-time in job completion.Generates reports and measures of departmental operations as well as records on all inventory, tools and vehicles. Reviews reports with management.Instructs crews on proper use of materials and quality workmanship.Reviews payroll records to ensure that Installers are paid properly.Conduct job site and vehicle inspections.Ensures that employees have proper tools for the job and that they are properly maintained.Assists the dispatching operation to ensure appropriate Install crew selection for type of systemDo I have What it Takes?High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred3-5 years of previous Installation experience within the Residential HVAC industry.An in-depth knowledge of HVAC systems.Excellent leadership skills and team mentality to enhance team productivity and standards of work producedAbility to build business in the private sector, as well as the public sectorExperience and knowledge of HVAC and Process systems for residential and commercial dwellingsHave an understanding of general HVAC design with have an overall general knowledge of HVAC material costsPositive energy and enthusiasm to drive sales and company growthAbility to prioritize, set goals, and manage multiple tasks, handle deadlines Wrench Group and its affiliates are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
