Warehouse AssociateThe Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations including crating, packing, inventory control, loading and unloading materials, and preparing products for shipment. This role requires physical strength, reliability, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and teamwork.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and assemble wooden crates for packing heavy products for shipmentPerform packing, crating, and material preparation for outbound ordersLoad and unload inventory, materials, and finished goods (up to 60 lbs)Maintain accurate inventory control, counts, and documentationOperate company vehicles—including forklifts—for product movement and deliveries (as certified)Assist with general warehouse tasks including staging, organizing, and maintaining a clean work areaSupport any additional tasks required by warehouse leadership or business needsCommunicate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive work environmentRequirementsAbility to lift 60 pounds consistentlyAbility to work in hot, cold, and seasonal warehouse conditionsValid Driver's LicenseForklift certification (or ability to obtain)Bilingual (Spanish/English)Strong physical fitness and staminaReliable, punctual, and professional demeanorPositive attitude, extroverted personality, and ability to get along well with the teamPreferred TraitsAmiable, team-oriented, and cooperativeStrong work ethic with a positive outlookComfortable working in a hands-on, fast-moving environment$16 - $18 an hour QSEHRA (Qualified Small Employer Health Reimbursement Arrangement) 401k PTO & Holidays
