In addition, you will:Support key projects, providing day-to-day updates to Senior Technicians and managers as directedCollaborate with team members, actively participating in discussions toward achieving resultsSupport the team by contributing 100% as an individual, while prioritizing team successHeavily scrutinize actions to ensure the customer experience is protected to the greatest extent feasibleQuickly adapt to change, seeking to understand the whole picture to best adaptPossess a solid understanding of theory and an advanced understanding of applications related to transportOpenly share ideas to help gain efficiency, solve problems, or add value to the businessDemonstrate a continuous desire to learn and develop personally and professionallyQualifications About You:Safety is a part of your day-to-dayYou have a track record of completing work with a high level of qualityYou have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your workYou are looking for long-term projectsYou enjoy getting your hands dirty with your teamYou have a minimum of 5+ years of wireless telecommunications or other related experienceYou have a two-year vocational degree in a technical discipline, or a Military equivalent is preferredYou must be able to read and interpret site plans, construction drawings, and SOWYou have solid communication skills: verbal, written, and presentationYou possess Excel and Microsoft Office proficiencyYou have operational knowledge and theory of all interconnecting circuits, including but not limited to T1, T3, and microwave radioYou must possess a valid driver's license and comply with the company's motor vehicle policyYou understand basic RF Engineering, Radio Frequency theory, and Electricity and Electronics TheoryYou accept and provide constructive feedbackYou have flexibility with ever-changing environments and prioritiesYou can solve problems using creativity and innovationYou are self-motivated; you exhibit initiative in achieving company goals and objectivesYou have basic leadership skills and the ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasksYou are able to work independently or in a team environmentYou have a strong attention to detailHard work pays off.
