Accounting and Financial Analyst

Please note:This position is on-site.At this time, we are not able to offer current or future work authorization transfer or sponsorship.Financial Analyst/AccountantResponsible for providing financial and accounting support and analysis within a global advanced engineering and manufacturing facility. Specific areas of responsibilities include assisting in forecasting and actual reporting systems; preparing journal entries, employee benefit supporting schedules, managing the US holding company, account analysis, reconciliations and month end reporting. Key Accountabilities:Utilize OneStream, IFS and PowerBi supporting reporting, data mining/extraction and financial analysis.Manage full US holding company including financials and entries. In coordination with the engineering teams, develop management reports to provide timely, relevant and actionable information by product line and department.Lead various analysis and accounting tasks including preparing journal entries (specifically employee benefits), supporting schedules, intercompany transactions, account analysis, reconciliations and month end reporting to assure business transactions are accurately reflected in financial reporting. Assist in the development of budgeting, forecasting and actual reporting systems to produce analysis and accounting information for management decision-making.Assist in development of financial models to support strategic initiatives and financial cycles, including long range plans and annual plans. This includes developing forecasts and projections for revenues, costs, and cash flows for all key aspects of the business and articulating key business drivers and assumptions that underpin financial projections.Lead and support special projects with a focus on lean operational efficiency and improvements of KPI’s in support of the entity.Ad hoc assignments and other duties as assigned by Accounting Management.This job description is intended to convey information essential to understanding the scope of this position and it is not intended to be an exhaustive list of skills, efforts, duties, responsibilities or working conditions associated with the position.
