Role Description This full-time Entry Level/Senior Financial Sales role offers an accelerated path to management and is based in Melville, NY in a hybrid work arrangement, combining time in the office with some work from home flexibility. In this role, you will build and manage relationships with clients, educate them on New York Life’s insurance, investment, and retirement solutions, and help them develop strategies to meet their financial goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings, performing basic financial needs analyses, presenting tailored product recommendations, and following up to ensure ongoing client satisfaction. You will collaborate with mentors and managers, participate in structured training programs, and work toward leadership responsibilities such as coaching newer team members and contributing to sales team performance. The role requires adherence to regulatory and compliance standards, accurate documentation of client interactions, and consistent achievement of sales and activity targets.
