As a Section Leader, you will be responsible for the oversight of software personnel to meet program needs. The ideal candidate is a well-disciplined individual with a proven applicable technical background, who is able to thrive in a dynamic agile environment and is able to work well in a team setting.This position will be 100% on site in Ft. Wayne, IN.What You Will DoEnsure that each employee has suitable work assignments and opportunities for growth and advancementContribute to the technical oversight of employees in support of their daily work assignmentsPerformance development and appraisalSalary and staffing planningEnsuring the adherence to company policies and the communication of company and program informationResponsible for supporting a major program.Qualifications You Must HaveTypically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.Experience with complex systems.Experience with software development techniques and tools, including some, or all, of the following computer languages: C/C++, Java, or Ada.Experience with design, code, integration, and test of large systems.Experience working in Agile environments such as scrum, scrum at scale, SAFe and DevSecOps. Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government Interim Secret issued security clearance is required on day 1. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
