About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for PACE Strategy and Value-Based Partnerships. This executive will be instrumental in driving the strategic growth, operational optimization, and value-based evolution of the organization's PACE division. Key responsibilities include leading enterprise-wide operational improvement initiatives, developing and implementing strategic initiatives to support long-term growth, and fostering strategic partnerships that expand access to care. The role demands a leader with a Master's degree in a relevant field, a minimum of 7 years' progressive healthcare leadership experience, and a strong background in PACE, value-based care, managed care, or related areas. The successful candidate will be a champion of innovation, with a proven track record in performance improvement, and will be accountable for the achievement of strategic PACE growth initiatives and the enhancement of participant outcomes. The ideal candidate for the Vice President position at the company will have a Master's degree in a related field and a minimum of 7 years' progressive healthcare leadership experience, with a focus on PACE, value-based care, managed care, or similar areas. Executive leadership experience within a PACE organization and a background in developing innovative care models for older adults are preferred. The role requires a strategic leader with a strong understanding of PACE regulations, healthcare reimbursement, and value-based payment models, as well as excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills. The candidate should be adept at building collaborative relationships and be prepared to lead cross-functional initiatives that drive operational performance and support the organization's mission of providing outstanding patient care.
