You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor assigned areas, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Use computer or tablet systems as needed to document observations and support daily operations while demonstrating our values of agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, caring, and integrity. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat12:00 AM - 08:00 AMSun12:00 AM - 08:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients at a logistics and distribution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as directed by site policies, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to established procedures. Prepare accurate reports and maintain activity logs for patrol observations, incidents, and security-related concerns. Minimum Requirements: Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
