Director of Operations Opportunity – Milwaukee, WI We are partnering with a growing, high‑performing restaurant organization seeking an experienced Director of Operations to lead a large multi‑unit QSR market in the Milwaukee area. This is a senior leadership role for a proven operator who thrives in fast‑paced environments, develops strong teams, and drives operational excellence across multiple locations. 10+ years of high-volume QSR leadership experience Must currently oversee or have overseen 30+ restaurant locations Strong background in people development, culture building, and operational execution Proven success driving sales, profitability, food safety, and guest experience metrics Experience leading District Managers and multi‑level operations teams Ability to influence, coach, and hold teams accountable while maintaining a positive culture What You’ll Be Doing: Lead and support multi‑unit operations across a large market Develop high‑performing leadership teams Drive operational consistency and execution Partner with executive leadership on growth initiatives and business strategy Ensure strong financial performance and KPI accountability Champion culture, training, and guest satisfaction This role REQUIRES polished, hands‑on QSR operations leader with deep experience in drive‑thru operations, team development, and large‑scale multi‑unit leadership.
