Senior Counsel: Data Privacy, IP & M&A Strategy

Jobtailor

Jobtailor in Columbus, OH is seeking an experienced corporate counsel to provide strategic legal advice and lead complex matters across the business. You will liaise with senior leadership and outside counsel, and help structure contracts, licenses, and regulatory compliance.

You will partner with teams on data privacy, IP, supply chain, and M&A initiatives, ensuring legal risk is balanced with business objectives while maintaining high ethical standards.
