Client has only 2 hr twice a week for assistance in bathing and getting dressed.
The client need to be serviced for two hours between the hours of 8am-12pm.
Responsibilities includes, but are not limited to the following:
- Bath
- Meal Preparation
- Oral Hygiene
- Shampoos
- Changing Bed linen
- Assisting patients with dressing and undressing
- Skin Care to prevent breakdown
- Assisting the patient with toileting activities
Cna preferred.
