Sr. Associate, Post PTO Servicing

Position Description The Senior Post PTO Servicing Associate will support the Servicing Team by managing a portfolio of transfers and assumptions, and contract modifications for third-party owned products and loan products requiring strong communication, coordination, and attention to detail. This position is based out of Irvine, CA; San Francisco, CA; Santa Clara, CA; or Teaneck, NJ with a flexible in-office schedule. Remote work may be considered in exceptional cases. Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of servicing matters related to customer agreements and account changes across Loans, Levelized PPAs, and Leases. Serve as a point of contact for customers and other stakeholders by providing updates, answering questions, and supporting resolution of servicing-related requests through phone and email communication. Identify issues, elevate matters as appropriate, and help drive timely resolution of customer or operational concerns. Maintain accurate records, case notes, and documentation within internal systems to ensure a complete and reliable servicing history. Support operational initiatives, documentation efforts, and process improvements that contribute to the growth and scalability of the Servicing Team. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field with a minimum of 2–4+ years of professional work experience, including 2+ years of experience in residential solar or operations, data operations, or financial services. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced, and demanding environment. Ability to work well in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment under strict deadlines. Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. Excellent organizational, communication, problem-solving, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
