We are a family in Wakefield, Massachusetts, looking to hire a part-time elder care provider to assist our 95 year old Dad at his home. The position is live out, providing the flexibility to work from your own home while making a significant impact in our Dad's life. As a companion, you will offer emotional support and companionship, ensuring that our Dad feels comfortable and safe at home. We are seeking someone who is compassionate and understanding, with a knack for engaging in conversation and doesn't mind watching the Red Sox and movies. Your responsibilities will include administering medication as prescribed, assisting with meals, bathing, and providing personal care. These tasks are essential to maintaining our Dad's well-being and dignity, so experience in home care is preferred. The pay rate for this position is $25 per hour.
