Pillars Legacy Consulting | Memphis, TN | Full-Time | Entry-Level

Pillars Legacy Consulting is growing our Memphis team and looking for motivated, people-focused individuals to join us in an entry-level Customer Service & Sales Representative role. If you enjoy working with people, setting goals, and challenging yourself to improve, we'll provide the training and support to help you succeed.
In this role, you'll represent leading telecommunications brands inside major retail locations, helping customers find products and services that fit their needs while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Engage with customers through face-to-face interactions in a retail environment
- Learn about products and services to provide personalized recommendations
- Build positive relationships with customers
- Work toward individual and team sales goals
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
What We're Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Competitive, goal-oriented mindset
- Coachable and eager to learn
- Comfortable working in a customer-facing environment
- Sales or customer service experience is helpful, but not required
