Atwell is looking for an Associate Project Manager to lead and oversee innovative commercial and residential land development projects in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania.What You'll Do:Lead with Impact: Drive site civil projects from start to finish, ensuring each phase aligns with our high standards and client expectations.Design with Precision: Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision for cutting-edge project design and analysis.Cultivate Relationships: Build and nurture strong client relationships, delivering exceptional results that exceed their expectations.Expand Horizons: Identify and seize new business opportunities to contribute to our firm's growth and success.Manage Financials: Oversee project financials, including billing and invoicing, to ensure accuracy and efficiency.Mentor and Inspire: Guide and support junior staff, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.Ensure Quality: Implement rigorous quality control measures to uphold our commitment to high standards.Grow Professionally: Work closely with a mentor to enhance your business development skills, proposal writing, and invoicing expertise.What You Bring:Licensure: A Professional Engineer license in Pennsylvania.Technical Expertise: Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision technologies.Experience: Proven track record in managing both commercial and residential land development projects.Communication Skills: Strong client management and interpersonal abilities.Business Acumen: Demonstrated skills in business development and a proactive approach to opportunities.Leadership: Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate junior team members.DisclaimerWhile AI tools may support your application process, this role is built on human talent.
