Your potential is our inspiration. Where You'll Make a Difference Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and production systems to support enzyme production processes. Utilize the DeltaV process control system to monitor performance and maintain process stability. Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency. Perform routine inspections and process checks to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards. Collaborate with Engineers, Maintenance, Quality, and Operations teams to optimize production processes. Accurately document operational activities, process data, and production records. Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, reliability, quality, and safety. Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). Participate in shift handovers and effectively communicate production status and operational concerns. What Makes You the Right Fit? High School Diploma or GED required. Two or more years of experience in a mechanical, manufacturing, industrial, chemical, food processing, biotechnology, or related environment. Strong mechanical aptitude and demonstrated troubleshooting skills. Experience working safely in an industrial production environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and basic computer systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to lift up to 55 pounds. Willingness to work a 12-hour rotating shift schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Experience with process control systems such as DeltaV or similar automated manufacturing platforms. How Would You Stand Out?
