Job Description As the Senior production leader, you will hold a pivotal role in shaping production operations and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety. You will leverage your extensive experience to lead a diverse team, implement strategic initiatives, and optimize processes that align with our organizational goals. All through a vision of continuous improvement at the highest level. Responsibilities Leadership & Supervision: Direct and inspire a team of supervisors, operators and technicians, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance. Operational Excellence: Oversee and enhance production workflows, ensuring the timely execution of projects while maintaining strict adherence to safety and quality standards. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with upper management to develop and implement production strategies that drive efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall output. Performance Analysis: Utilize data analytics to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for continuous improvement, initiating corrective actions as necessary. Training & Development: Lead comprehensive training programs to elevate team skills and competencies, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and technological advancements. Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Engage with engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to streamline processes and resolve production challenges effectively. Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies, promoting a proactive approach to workplace safety and risk management. Qualifications Manufacturing experience of at least 5 years in a supervisory capacity. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. In‑depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and industry standards. Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies is highly desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
