Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $15.96 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeWed11:00 PM - 07:00 AMThur11:00 PM - 07:00 AMFri11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSat11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSun11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage location. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify unusual conditions and support access control expectations. Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access for personnel and/or visitors, and document security‑related observations, incidents, and daily activity in accordance with site procedures. Support a clean and professional presence while working in varied environments that may include indoor production spaces, outdoor posts, and areas with frequent vehicle and foot traffic. Minimum Requirements: Comfortable using a computer and/or tablet preferred. Customer service experience preferred. Access control and/or badge experience preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
