Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spas is hiring licensed massage therapists for a high volume, professionally managed spa. This role is ideal for therapists who want consistent bookings, strong earning potential, and a structured environment where your time and skills are respected. We offer weekday, evening and weekend shifts for therapists seeking full time or part time schedules with a minimum commitment. Compensation

• $950 to $1,950+ per week based on service hours, tips, and enhancements
• Typical therapists work 21 to 30 hands on hours per week
• Top pay tier from day one

Sign On Bonus

• $2,000 sign on bonus for full time massage therapists

• Active Florida Massage Therapy License
• Proficiency in Swedish and Deep Tissue
• Sports, Stretching, or Prenatal experience a plus
• Professional, reliable, and guest focused
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 21 hands on hours per week
