Ophthalmic Technician / Scribe / Medical Assistant

We are a highly dedicated, family owned Eye Care practice serving Lacey, WA and surrounding areas. We are seeking a professional, caring, and dedicated person who is proficient in multitasking and has excellent communication skills.
ROUSE EyeCARE CENTER is dedicated to the highest quality of care to our patients.
New hire would work directly with Dr. Rouse and other staff members. This position requires a lot of tempo and hustle. A positive "self starter" attitude with a patient focused mindset.

Current experience in Eye Care is a Must, although willing to train on any missing skills from list below...

* Assisting the doctor in patient care (including administering eye drops)
* Patient interviews (histories, ROS, chief complaints)
* Visual Acuities
* Refraction
* Applanation tonometry
* Visual Fields, SD-OCT, Fundus Photography, Ultrasound: UBM, A- B Scans
* Visual Electrophysiology, AR, Pachymetry, Topography, Opt-Align and more
* Accurate and fast typing and computer skills a MUST
* Likes a fast-paced work environment
* Must be a positive person with top notch organizational skills and attention to detail
* Knowledge using EHR, Revolution EHR a big plus!

* No weekends
