RN: I/DD Health Navigator & Medical Lead
SCO Family of Services
SCO Family of Services is seeking a Licensed RN to oversee the medical aspects of individuals with developmental disabilities in North Great River, New York. Responsibilities include ensuring health and safety compliance, maintaining medical records, and advocating for individuals during medical care. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience working with this population, a valid NYS Driver's License, and an Associates degree or better.
