Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including vitals, screens, tests, and injections.
- Assist providers with exams, treatment plans, and medication management.
- Respond to internal messages and process inquiries promptly.
- Support psychiatric provider schedules to enhance productivity.
- Maintain logs, records, and reports as directed.
- Perform emergency procedures as per approved protocols.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Knowledge of confidentiality requirements and patient privacy.
- Strong communication skills to interact with staff, patients, and families.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Team player with a focus on patient advocacy.
- Proficient in using technology for patient care.
