As a Customer Service Representative at Rachel Johnson Insurance Agency Inc, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Assist with insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Host insurance and financial reviews.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• property and casualty and/or life and health license required
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
