Responsibilities Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with facility policies and evidence-based nursing practices Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) on the assigned unit Perform comprehensive resident assessments Develop, implement, and update individualized resident care plans Administer medications, treatments, and other nursing interventions Accurately document resident care and clinical observations Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers, and other interdisciplinary team members Educate residents and family members regarding treatment plans and care needs Provide emotional support and compassionate care to residents and their families Participate in quality improvement initiatives Maintain compliance with applicable facility, state, and federal regulations Promote teamwork, communication, and a positive resident-centered environment Qualifications Current, active, and unrestricted Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent critical-thinking and clinical decision-making abilities Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Ability to communicate professionally and compassionately with residents, families, and team members Previous experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or acute care preferred but not required Commitment to providing high‑quality, compassionate resident care Benefits Package Competitive wages + shift differentials ($40 - $50 HOURLY) Weekly pay! 6 paid holidays Medical, dental, and vision insurance Long- and short-term disability insurance Paid time off (PTO) 401(k) On-site employee education and a supportive work environment Sign‑On Bonus Employee referral bonus What We Offer At Winchester Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, we are committed to creating a supportive and collaborative environment where nurses can grow professionally while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.
