Azure Cloud Engineer

To support a team focused on system security and stability, the contract Azure Cloud Engineer will work remotely, managing Azure landing zones, implementing Infrastructure as Code, and ensuring 24x7 operational coverage. Key responsibilities Design, build, and maintain Azure landing zones and platform services while implementing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and/or Bicep Define and measure SLIs/SLOs, conduct capacity planning, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate provisioning, incident response, and compliance processes Required qualifications 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience supporting Azure-based infrastructure and services in production Expertise in Azure services such as AKS, App Services, and Azure SQL, along with strong IaC skills using Terraform Proven background in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) with experience in incident management and performance engineering Experience with CI/CD design and operations using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps Pipelines Solid understanding of Azure security best practices, including RBAC and Azure Policy
