Product Manager

Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a team of Systems and Software Engineers supporting Product Life cycle Management (PLM) mechanical engineering client systems, its technical delivery, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. Provide people leadership through goal setting, performance management, talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement. Lead the roadmap, deployment, operations, and support for tools such as Designcenter and Teamcenter Visualization. Serve as a technical and business leader for PLM client solutions, guiding application support, engineering workflows, integration points, and business processes. Partner with platform teams, engineering, manufacturing, design, suppliers, and IT stakeholders to align PLM capabilities with business priorities and enterprise strategy. Oversee solution delivery, deployment readiness, operational support, issue resolution, and service quality for PLM tools and processes. Act as a subject matter expert across core PLM technologies and associated business processes, informing architectural decisions and technical problem-solving. Build strong cross-functional relationships and influence outcomes across a matrixed organization. Establish and improve team operating models, delivery discipline, support processes, and stakeholder communication. Ensure the team remains current on evolving PLM capabilities, release changes, best practices, and emerging technologies. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 10+ years of experience in the PLM space or related enterprise client tools, with progressively increasing responsibility across solution delivery, support, transformation, strategy, or operations. Demonstrated experience leading technical teams, developing talent, driving performance, and building an inclusive, accountable team culture. Experience translating complex business needs into technical solutions, operating models, and delivery plans. Strong understanding of systems integration, deployment management, operational support, and service delivery in a complex enterprise environment. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, technically challenging environment. Strong communication, organizational, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to influence strategy, drive alignment, and deliver results across a matrixed organization.
