Gastroenterology Opportunity in Temple, TX

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a BE/BC Fellowship trained Gastroenterologist to join Baylor Scott & White – Temple, TX. We are a tertiary referral center highlighted by nine fellows, 13 GI faculty, 10 APPs, GI Dietician, GI Social Worker, GI Pharmacist, and four dedicated Colorectal Surgeons.

Position Highlights:

• We are looking for a general Gastroenterologist, ERCP not required
• The ideal candidate will be comfortable with teaching and working with fellows and Advanced Practice Professionals.
• Call: 1:14. Cover one hospital only. Fellows take first call.
• Schedule: Good mix of clinic and procedures
• Opportunity for academic appointment with Baylor College of Medicine

• Opportunity to rotate to Baylor Scott & White Clinic – Waco. This location is centrally located in Waco servicing a variety of outpatient specialties, including Gastroenterology.
• Opportunity for joint appointment with Department of Veteran's Affairs Olin E. Teague Veterans Medical Center in Temple, TX.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO
• Licensed medical physician
• TX licensed by start date
• Board Certified or Board Eligible Gastroenterology and BC/BE IM
