Schedule & Culture What is important to me, my family, and my career? ~ FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE and Professional Growth Qualifications / Educational Requirements Graduate (Masters Required) of an occupational therapy curriculum accredited jointly by the Council on Medical Education of the American Medical Association and the American Occupational Therapy Association Current State of Texas License to practice Occupational Therapy Experience with pediatric populations (preferred) Schedule & Benefits Part time workload with FULL TIME BENEFITS Benefits include: Signing Bonus Bonus earning options for 25 plus hours worked weekly Top CEUs provided and professional fees paid Options for multi-location and treatment in private or specialized schools 401K Medical/Vision/Dental Flexible scheduling Fun and supportive environment Description and Expectations for the Occupational Therapy Team Evaluate, plan, and implement occupational therapy services for pediatrics beginning from birth through the age of 21 years old Treat the client through use of therapeutic activities designed to restore function and self-care activities for improving function Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant(s), as necessary Complete documentation to support the delivery of Occupational Therapy services Measure performance and report on patient’s medical record Implement occupational therapy services in accordance with physicians plan of treatment Adhere to ethical and legal standards Ensure continued competence and updated field knowledge Culture, Clients, and Staff Full admin support with a multi-discipline environment About Elite Therapy Center Elite Therapy Center is a locally owned, private practice by licensed therapists.
