Human Resource/Business Office Manager (HR/BOM)
Our skilled nursing facilities mission is dedicated to providing exceptional care and services to our patients. As a Human Resource/Business Office Manager (HR/BOM) , you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our human resources and business office functions.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR/BOM to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our HR and business office, including recruitment and employee relations, benefits administration, payroll, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, benefits, and payroll information
Coordinate recruiting and hiring efforts, including creating job postings, screening applications, and conducting interviews
Develop and implement employee training programs to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Assist with benefits administration, including open enrollment, employee eligibility, and claims processing
Manage payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment of employee wages and benefits
Coordinate with management and staff to resolve employee relations issues and provide guidance on company policies
Ensure compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations, including OSHA, HIPAA, and FMLA
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track HR and business office metrics and KPIs
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in HR and/or business office management within skilled nursing (preferred)
Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and regulations
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
