Responsibilities

• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Process customer policy change requests.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
• Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads referral sources.
• Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
• Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Stay up-to-date on industry market trends and best practices.

Requirements

• Current Florida 440 Property Casualty Insurance License is required.
• Ability to work independently.
• Demonstrated history in customer support or insurance service roles.
• Proficiency with agency management systems and standard office software.
• Clear, empathetic communication skills when speaking with clients.
• Strong attention to detail for managing policy updates and documentation.
• Previous experience with Allstate systems is highly valued.
• Problem-Solving Capabilities.
