Requirements Active Maryland Life and Health Insurance License. Documented track record of building and leading successful sales teams in the insurance sector. Deep understanding of carrier relations and agency operations. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute long-term strategic sales plans. Strong background in recruitment, coaching, and talent development. Experience with agency management systems and data-driven sales performance tracking. Professional designations such as CLU or ChFC are highly regarded.
