Senior Executive Director – Lead Community Operations and Drive Performance Excellence Executive Director | Senior Living | Operations Leadership | P&A | Community Management | Healthcare Operations Pay Range: 88,800.00 - 136,600.00 What You’ll Do: Provide full operational oversight including financial management, staffing, quality and compliance Lead sales and marketing strategy to maximize occupancy, revenue and market position Assess community needs quickly and implement performance improvement plans Build strong relationships with residents, families, referral sources and regional partners Coach and develop Directors of Sales and leadership teams to achieve KPIs Manage budgets, control expenses and oversee collections Drive regulatory compliance, survey readiness and risk management Champion resident engagement, family communication and team member experience Support onboarding and transition of new Executive Directors Ready to take the next step and make a bigger impact than you ever imagined?
