As an Territory Business Manager located in our Nothern San Diego territory , you will own your territory and be on the front lines of ImageFIRST's growth. This is a true new business development role focused on prospecting, territory ownership, and closing new customer relationships through in-person selling. Please note, this role will cover the southern San Diego territory.


In this field-based B2B role, you will drive new business through face-to-face prospecting, strategic relationship-building, and solution-based selling. This position is designed for sales professionals who thrive in the field, build trust quickly, and are motivated by growth, results, and performance-based earnings.

Responsibilities

• Drive lead generation through in-person outreach, cold calling, prospect calling, and targeted visits
• Identify and research potential clients to uncover new business opportunities
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance goals
• Develop relationships with decision-makers through tailored presentations and product demonstrations
• Use CRM tools to track activity, update account information, and manage follow-ups
• Maintain data accuracy and consistency in sales systems
• Plan and execute weekly field activity to maximize prospect engagement
• Represent ImageFIRST at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal sales, service, and operations teams
• Actively participate in team meetings and follow ImageFIRST's established sales process

Qualifications and Experience

• 3+ years of experience in business-to-business, outside, or field sales with a strong focus on new business development
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and manage a healthy sales pipeline
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Experience using social platforms to identify and engage new prospects
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus but not required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

The base salary range for this role is $75,000 to $82,000 (+ $15K guaranteed pay in first six months + commissions & car program: $550/month + gas card ) and may vary based on market value, location, skills, and experience. This role offers a competitive base salary with uncapped commission and clear earning potential tied directly to performance.
