Harriman’s growing multi-disciplinary practice is seeking a Plumbing Designer to join our team in our Auburn, Maine office. With a holistic, ground-up approach to design, our Mechanical team works closely with architects and engineers throughout the firm as well as directly with prime engineering clients, on a diverse group of project types. Duties and Responsibilities: Responsibilities will include development of Revit BIM drawings under the direct supervision of a senior engineer/designer. Design: Support project engineer in design, presentation, documentation and production of projects. Assist the project engineer in analyzing and developing building systems. Aid in preparation of Concept, Schematic and Design Development drawings and materials. Participate in design reviews and team meetings. Research products in conjunction with specifications. Software Proficiencies: Experience in Revit is preferred, but not mandatory What Will Set You Apart: Completion in a drafting program and/or currently enrolled in a related associates’ program. Able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
