Qualifications:
- Valid Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license and ASHA CCC required
- Experience in pediatric and school-based settings
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Healthcare SLP background is a plus
- Adaptability and a commitment to support the evolving needs of K-12 students
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide direct therapy to students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Document progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Offer consultative services in accordance with school and healthcare protocols
