Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other modalities suited to the client's unique circumstances, delivering individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

• Coordinate with case managers, psychiatrists, and other professionals to ensure a seamless integration of services, facilitating holistic care tailored to the individual's needs.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and supportive counseling to individuals in distress, employing your skills to de-escalate situations and connect clients with necessary resources.

• Engage actively in community outreach initiatives and educational programs aimed at raising mental health awareness and reducing stigma, thereby enhancing community engagement.

Qualifications\n

• An active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A completed master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
