Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient Orthopedics
California Rehabilitation and Sports Therapy – Concord, CA
Clinic Address: 1333 Willow Pass Rd, Ste 110, Concord, CA 94520

Clinic Setting:
Outpatient orthopedic and sports therapy with a focus on hands-on, functional care.

Salary:
$85,000–$108,000 per year + $750 monthly bonus + full benefits
Salary based on experience, skills, and other job-related factors.

Job Type:
Full-time or part-time
Schedule: Flexible

Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient-centered physical therapy in an outpatient setting

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Collaborate with your clinical team

• Build strong relationships with patients and community members

• Use our state-of-the-art EMR system for documentation

• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and insurance regulations

Services Provided:

• Orthopedic and sports physical therapy

• Manual therapy and functional rehabilitation

• Pre- and post-operative care

• Return-to-work and return-to-sport programs

• Chronic and acute pain treatment

• Specialty services based on clinic expertise

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

• Active California Physical Therapist license (or eligibility)
