Naval Repair Contracts Estimator

General Dynamics NASSCO

General Dynamics NASSCO in San Diego is seeking an estimator to develop labor and material estimates for shipboard and shop repair work on US Government vessels, using drawings, specifications, and site examinations for estimate considerations. You will solicit, evaluate, and negotiate subcontractor and material price proposals for incorporation into Prime Contractor proposals, delivering proposals in a timely manner to the Government and negotiating or justifying them as necessary. #J-18808-Ljbffr General Dynamics NASSCO
