Line worker- Jogger

Full-time production person needed in La Crosse location! Join a company that values its employees and offers a supportive and rewarding work environment! We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Jogger to become a part of our team. As a Jogger on the night shift, you will play a key role in ensuring that packaging materials are properly organized, staged, and ready for the production process. This position requires physical stamina and attention to detail, as you'll be working in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $19 per hour Shifts: 6:00 PM - 4:00 AM; Tuesday through Friday Responsibilities:- Jog packaging materials to designated areas in the production line.
- Ensure proper stacking and organization of materials for easy access during production.
- Operate pallet jacks or other equipment to move materials safely.
- Perform quality checks to ensure materials meet production specifications.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors.
- Rotate shifts to meet the demands of production schedules.
- Ability to work 10-hour shifts
- Must be able to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or production setting is a plus, but not required.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
