ETC is seeking a detail-oriented professional who enjoys navigating complex regulations, identifying risks, and helping organizations stay ahead of changing compliance requirements to join our legal team. As our Regulatory Analyst, you'll play a key role in supporting regulatory compliance programs across our products and manufacturing operations. This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of engineering, quality, manufacturing, supply chain, and business strategy. You'll help ensure our products meet evolving regulatory requirements while providing insights that support innovation, operational excellence, and continued global growth.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. 2-5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, product compliance, manufacturing compliance, or a related discipline. Working knowledge of domestic and international regulatory requirements affecting products, manufacturing, materials, or supply chains. Strong analytical, research, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Ability to interpret complex regulations and apply requirements in practical business and product environments. Experience assessing regulatory risks and identifying effective compliance solutions. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex topics clearly. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. High attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, along with reporting tools, compliance databases, or regulatory management systems.
