General Laborer/Utility

Our client, a leading manufacturing and logistics organization, is seeking a General Laborer to join their team. As a General Laborer, you will be part of the production support team, assisting with various operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow and efficient shipment processing. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, adaptability, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: General Laborer/Utility 

Location: Mukwonago, WI

Pay Range: $19 to $21 based on experience

Shift: 7am - 3:30pm

What's the Job?

• Unpack, verify, and record incoming merchandise or materials
• Perform pretreatment of all incoming orders
• Prepare customer parts for production
• Operate various coating machinery
• Assist with organizing tasks in the most efficient sequence

What's Needed?

• Previous experience with assembly or machine operator preferred
• solid work history with updated resume
• Ability to handle physical workload — must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Strong organizational skills
• Familiarity with shipping programs like UPS Wordship and FedEx
