As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a retail location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service to shoppers and team members. You will communicate clearly, respond to security-related concerns, and support a welcoming environment. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Tue: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to store guests, team members, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate store leadership and/or emergency personnel as needed. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floors, entrances, receiving areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations. Observe and report suspicious activity, potential hazards, and policy concerns to help deter theft, unauthorized access, and disruptive behavior. Maintain awareness of retail operations and assist with access control, visitor interactions, and documentation of security-related incidents. Minimum Requirements Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
