Tax Manager

Tax Manager - Public Accounting - 100% REMOTE
Summary:
Manage and review client tax engagements while providing high-quality compliance and advisory services. Lead tax teams, serve as a trusted client advisor, and ensure compliance with federal and state tax regulations.

Responsibilities:

Review complex federal and state tax returns (individuals, partnerships, corporations)
Manage multiple client engagements, deadlines, and budgets
Provide tax planning, research, and advisory services
Serve as primary client contact and support audit representation
Supervise, mentor, and review work of tax staff
Monitor tax law changes and advise clients accordingly

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Master's in Tax preferred)
CPA required
5+ years of public accounting tax experience
Strong knowledge of federal and multi-state taxation
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Work Environment:

Remote
Busy-season hours required
