Position Overview
vTech is seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer to serve as the lead technical authority for enterprise application modernization, Microsoft Power Platform development, integration services, business process automation, and digital transformation initiatives. The individual will provide architectural leadership for Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint Online, Copilot, and enterprise solutions supporting recruiting and workforce management operations.

Position Overview
vTech is seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer to serve as the lead technical authority for enterprise application modernization, Microsoft Power Platform development, integration services, business process automation, and digital transformation initiatives. The individual will provide architectural leadership for Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint Online, Copilot, and enterprise solutions supporting recruiting and workforce management operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as lead architect for all Power Platform solutions.
- Design enterprise-scale Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Power BI dashboards.
- Lead application modernization and business process automation initiatives.
- Establish Power Platform governance, security, and architecture standards.
- Design scalable and secure integrations across enterprise platforms.
- Provide technical leadership to engineering and development teams.
- Lead requirements analysis, architecture reviews, and solution design sessions.
- Ensure cybersecurity and compliance requirements are incorporated into all technical solutions.
- Support application sustainment, enhancement, and modernization activities.
- Develop technical roadmaps and implementation strategies.
- Support SharePoint and knowledge management initiatives.
- Collaborate with program leadership and business stakeholders to drive mission outcomes.
- Support training, adoption, and change management activities for technology initiatives.
Education
One of the following:
- Bachelor's Degree with minimum 10 years of relevant experience; OR
- Master's Degree with minimum 5 years of relevant experience; OR
- Equivalent certification and experience substitute as permitted by the solicitation.
- 10+ years designing enterprise business applications.
- Experience implementing Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
- Experience supporting Federal Government environments.
- Experience with systems integration and application modernization.
- Experience developing secure cloud-based business applications.
- Experience supporting enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
- DHS or USCG experience preferred.
Must possess one of the following at proposal submission:
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL-600), OR
- Active AB-100 Certification.
- PL-400 Power Platform Developer
- PL-200 Functional Consultant
- Power BI Data Analyst
- Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- Scrum Master Certification
- ITIL Foundation
