Responsibilities Offer customer demonstrations and samples using brewing equipment Promote positive customer relations; effectively explain menu items and handle guest complaints Prepare and serve beverages in accordance with established standards set by restaurant management Ensure that production and storage areas are maintained in accordance with city and state health department codes Promote positive public/employee relations at all times Maintain a clean, safe, hazard‑free work environment within area of responsibility Perform additional duties as assigned Work a varied schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays Complete standard Seminole Tribe of Florida forms and reports Qualifications Minimum six (6) months of related experience required Computer literate Ability to read and understand all Seminole Tribe of Florida policies and procedures Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal Excellent customer service orientation Flexible, adaptable, and able to exercise independent judgment Team‑oriented and enjoys working with and assisting people Articulate and possess a professional appearance and demeanor Work Environment Duties and responsibilities are typically performed in a fast‑paced restaurant with constant exposure to the general public and excessive noise. Workers may also be required to spend time on the casino floor or pass through it, where exposure to secondhand smoke and high noise levels may occur. Must be able to work at a fast pace and in stressful situations. Frequent standing, walking, lifting or moving up to 20 pounds, and repetitive tasks are required. Vision requirements include close, distance, color and peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
