Location: Barre, VT
Schedule: Part-Time
Pay: $15.00-$18.00

As the face of our store, you’ll help retail and professional customers find the right parts, provide solutions to their automotive needs, and create a great experience every time they walk through the door. Whether you’re an experienced parts professional or someone with automotive knowledge who is ready to grow, we’ll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

• Welcome customers and provide exceptional service in-store and over the phone
• Help customers identify the right automotive parts and solutions
• Use your automotive knowledge to answer questions and troubleshoot needs
• Build relationships with retail customers, repair shops, and commercial accounts
• Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records
• Manage special orders and ensure customers receive the parts they need
• Support daily store operations, including inventory organization and deliveries
• Promote a safe and positive team environment

• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Automotive experience, parts experience, or a strong interest in learning the automotive industry preferred
• Customer service experience and a willingness to help others
• Comfortable using computers and learning new technology
• Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check
