• Shift: Clinic Days, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (flexible start/end times)
• Hours/Week: 40
• Employment Type: Contract
• Licensure/Certifications: State Medical License, Board Certified or Eligible
• Experience: 4+ years preferred

What You’ll Do :

• Provide outpatient primary care to diverse patient populations
• Conduct patient assessments, examinations, and consultations

• Document all patient encounters accurately and timely

• Participate in occasional team meetings and training sessions
• Support a positive, patient-centered environment

What You Need :

• Valid medical license in Michigan
• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine
• Minimum 4 years of clinical experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care
