HR AI Product Owner

Join us as a Senior People Technology Product Owner and lead the evolution of HR digital products that power the employee experience. You'll own the product roadmap, collaborate with stakeholders across the full employee lifecycle, and deliver technology solutions that drive real business impact.

What will you do?
  • Build and manage the product roadmap for HR technology tools, prioritizing features based on user needs and strategic goals
  • Partner with stakeholders in talent acquisition, learning, payroll, and rewards to define requirements and shape product direction
  • Guide product development to ensure alignment with HR objectives and seamless integration with existing systems
  • Monitor product performance, collect user feedback, and drive continuous improvements that optimize efficiency and user satisfaction

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 101,600 - USD 152,400 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
