Position Summary

Under minimal supervision, performs complex diagnostic imaging procedures in at least two modalities, as requested by a licensed physician.

• Produces high quality images in a safe and efficient manner. Completes required exams; sends studies to reading station for radiologist review, completes all associated documentation.
• Produces high quality diagnostic images while providing excellent patient care
• Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period.
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited Imaging Program, CT registry eligible
• Experience: 2 years clinical experience in more than one modality.
• ARRT CT registry eligible required

• Licensure/Certification:
• ARRT ( R ) and documentation of CT experience
• Must obtain advance credential in CT within one year of hire.
• BLS; state license is required
• AZ DHS

Established in 1961, St. Josephs Hospital in Tucson is home to the Carondelet Neurological Institute and the Carondelet Joint Replacement Center.
